hopefully i can get my homework done by the first week i'm there, i want to start doing the names for chains of fate (i might change the name, i feel such a ripoff using it OTL) and maybe draw the actual pages in my sketchbook. two weeks in la is going to be uneventful, so some days will just be bumming around the apartment. i'm bringing a cute little laptop along (it's...jo's i think lol) so...ill probably be online at night~don't know about the time differences though.

right, well, im going to sit alone in business class because my mom could only get her seat in economy, and with me still being a dependant on my dad i got a nice seat...hoho, im going to be a weird little geek playing with her psp while surrounded by working adults who're watching their little shows. hey, i wonder if they have how i met your mother on the plane..

Anyway, I heard something about P4 characters jumping in on the sidelines now and then during the game. Some jackass on one of the videos kept saying that ATLUS was ripping themselves off. How the fuck do the parents of this jackass put up with him? He makes no sense whatsoever. Assuming its a 'he' of course.

I think it's cool that they're throwing in P4 characters. Die-hard SMT gamers will find it fun to meet their favorite characters in another game via a different MC. ATLUS is trying to do what CLAMP does I guess, which is cool. You finish one series, you throw the same characters in the next one as side characters. I really want to do something like that one day.

So yeah. Jackasses on Youtube suck. If you're going to complain about the game, do it in a blog or something-no innocent viewer will be blinded by your horrible grammar and spelling if you do. And no ones forcing you to buy the game. And even if someone is somehow forcing you to buy the game, people watching the video would have some sort of liking to it wouldn't they? Otherwise they'd just be watching something random, getting annoyed and ranting without a care in the world as to how fans feel about your comment. Like you. Effing jackass.

Moving on, I hope the english version comes out soon-I really want to play it. Though, if it had Japanese dubs I'd be so happy I would combust in all my fangirl glory. I forgot how hot Akihiko's voice was in Japanese. The American dub makes him sound turned on all the time. And though that may be amusing (okay, very amusing) Japanese voice actors still win.

i got off the phone with my mom a few minutes ago. after passing around the phone to my brothers to speak, she finally told me that my father isn't willing to pay for my new school, and wanted me to go to government school, because he's 'absolutely sure that i won't do well' in my new school.

it didn't really affect me, i had it coming. after what happened when i went out with him to see my new school center, it was hard to think that he would cooperate and pay for it.

but really, is this what a father does? isn't it a parent's job to choose what's best for their child and encourage them, no matter how hard it is? and even if i can't do it-does he really need to say 'you can't do it'?

today, i was looking around on ff.net and found an old fic i used to read, which name i will not say. my reading standards since i was reading it then has matured, and i'd like to think that i have a good sense of storylines and character balance, even though no one knows what my original manga series are about.

anyway, the fic. i reread it out of curiosity, because i completely forgot what it was about.

it was horrible.

in what way, i will not say, i don't want anyone to know what fic i'm talking about.

but what ashamed me wasn't the fic. oh, yes, the fic was embarassingly horrible and plotless, but what ashamed me more than that was the fact that i reviewed it.

positively.

i even sounded esctatic, God what the hell was i thinking? was i that retarded to actually review? and positively at that?

urgh, anyway, to the few who know what fic i'm talking about, if you find my penname in the reviews corner saying how 'i couldn't forgive myself for not finding about this fic sooner', keep in mind that i was way more mentally unstable back then.

to the new ff.net writers, if you want to start a fic, please, do so, but think of how people will react to it before you click that 'publish' button. some themes are better used in doujinshi, and unless you can write it well, i suggest that you leave it as that.

This is after I told my bros what happened this morning. After I finished they started ranting about how much of a jackass my dad is. I've only seen Haddy truly angry a few times, but its kind of scary when it happens. He went all 'I'LL PAY THE FEES THEN. THEN YOU'LL GET IT AND SHOVE IT IN HIS FACE AND SAY 'SUCK IT BITCH, I WIN' ' (okay, well, not in these exact words but you get the point). Jo had his share of ranting too. This went on for about half an hour.

Then Jo decided to lighten the mood and forget about talking about my dad. He told us these jokes he made up (they're so lame lol but oh so funny) and it was cool. Then idk, our conversation led to my mom saying "Oh, it's fine, you boys are adults now, I don't have to judge you whether you read porn or not. Even your dad does it" And Haddy had the most LOL DISTURBED FACE I've ever seen lol.

Apparently my mom found some porno mags that belonged to my dad LOL, and Haddy was there when she first found them. I found it rather funny how she was so 'LOL YOUR DAD READS PORN HOW COOL IS THAT' and Haddy was all 'OH MY GOD HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO ME I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THAT ASLKLASLF'.

This morning was hell. I spent one hour with my dad who had to go all anal and negative when I went out with him to talk about my education. I'm freakishly sensitive, so when he sent me home I slammed the door in his face and by the time I reached the door, I was bawling my eyes out in front of my mom.

Rest of the day I spent in the house alone. Everyone went out, and my maid's spending the weekend with her siblings, so I really am alone. Pari didn't want to come over to help me with my room because she was sleepy, so I just did what I could (meaning I did whatever until I got fed up with the alignment) and took a nap. Then my mom came home for a bit and she just went out again.

I feel so loved today.

Bakuman's latest chapter didn't help my mood in the slightest. Seriously, Shujin, what the hell do you think you're doing?

I still managed to have some fun with the last page though.

Huh..

Ever since I was a kid, my dad has always told me that I hold my pencil weird. I hold a pencil with all my fingers bunched together at the edge of the pencil, right where it curves to the lead. A lot of the other kids at my kindergarten thought it was weird too, but I thought the normal way was too uncomfortable so I just kept on writing in that stance.

Of course, that's before drawing became a major part of my life. When it did, I still held my pencil the exact same way as if I were to write, and I ended up being able to draw well enough to draw attention to the kids in class. I was really quiet and never really smiled as a kid, so not many of the kids really talked to me. Having that kind of attention when I drew kept me going I guess.

Up to this day, I am still drawing, and I still hold my pencil the same way.

And recently I find a lot of pictures of people drawing (Bakuman), with them holding their pencils the exact same way I do.

Crazy isn't it? Sappy or not, maybe it really is; destiny, I mean.
